to love again

forgotten the fact that  i have a heart
recently i felt something tugging inside
last time that happened  i fell in love
last time that feeling came my heart fell apart

to love again maybe i have learned
promised love not to expect anything
just let it happen without thinking
this time maybe love will give in without blinking

all of those hurtful memories
are now like pictures i just revisit
in a photo album i re-open
to remind me that my  heart was broken

to love again i know that day already came
the first time my embrace you returned
a few love letters we exchanged
thankful that i could feel alive again
